Distilled with 100% Irish Grains with time honoured techniques in their small copper stills help formulate a whiskey that betrays it’s years with depth of Flavour and Character. Casked on 23/6/2022 and matured in a small Ex-Bourbon barrel yeilding only 71 bottles, this unique whiskey celebrates when generations of family knowledge is brought together by 2 great familys.
